“BYOJ- Bring Your Own Jar” Terrarium Workshop - December 6th @ 5:30PM

Get your hands dirty and your creativity flowing in this fun terrarium-making class! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create your own self-sustaining mini ecosystem — no green thumb required.

Bring your own glass jar, vase, or container (clear and lidded) and we’ll provide the rest: soil, stones, moss, plants, some figures and all the guidance you need to design your little world in a jar.

Our instructor will walk you through layering techniques, plant selection, and terrarium care tips to keep your creation thriving long after the class ends. You’ll leave with a beautiful, living piece of art that’s uniquely yours.

What to bring:

  • A clean glass jar or container (approximately 9-10 inches tall — approximately 1 gallon or so.

  • If you have a specific piece of wood or decor you would like to include

If you do not have a jar, you may add a jar to your order below for an additional fee of $15. Jar will differ from pictured terrarium jar.

All participants will also receive 15% off all plants in store the day of class.

Bottled water will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own beverage or snacks!

Minimum of 6 participants required for this class to take place. If minimum is not met, those signed up will receive a notification and refund.

Class is approximately 90 minutes long.

Drinks & Food are not provided for this class, but you may bring your own snack or non-alcoholic beverage.

Price of class does not include tax, tax is collected at checkout.
